Likely To Pass Full Authentication


If your item is deemed “Likely To Pass Full Authentication,” you will receive an email inviting you to physically send the piece to our Authentication Hub for Full AFTAL Authentication. Once we have verified and confirmed the validity of your autograph, we will attach a tamper-proof AFTAL holographic sticker with a corresponding QR code. Scanning this QR code will take you to our website’s public-facing verification page, where you can view and share the authenticity of the item.

Cost of Our Product

When you upload images of your item, you will be required to pay a fee of £10 through our secure online payment portal. If our authentication team determines that your item is likely to pass our full authentication process, you will be invited to send your item to our Authentication Hub for full AFTAL Authentication.

This will then incur an additional fee of either £10 or £30, depending on the item, which must be paid before postage. The £10 “Standard Authentication Fee” covers the majority of submitted items and includes a tamper-proof holographic sticker with a QR code. Scanning this QR code will take you to a verification page on our website, where you can view details of the item’s authenticity. The £30 “Premium Authentication Fee” is reserved for multi-signed items and select high-value items. This product includes all the benefits of the Standard Authentication, as well as a physical Letter of Authenticity that will be sent to you along with your item.

What Happens If My Item Doesn’t Pass Physical Inspection?

If your send in item has received a ‘Likely to pass full authentication’ and subsequently fails our physical inspection at the hub, a refund of either £10 standard authentication or £30 premium fee, whichever is applicable, shall be issued. Your item shall be returned to you, without Authentication, we will keep a record of the failure on our system, and your item will be ‘flagged’ for refusal should you resubmit it at a later date.

Items can fail our physical inspection for a number of reasons:

Autopen signature, printed/stamped signature, irregular ink patterns, signature/item has been tampered with.

Please note your initial £10 opinion submission fee and return postage fees are non refundable.

materials, we will return your newly authenticated treasured piece to you via secure, trackable mail.
